The control panel is available in Arabic and English on every plan. Your site itself depends on the plan: Basic is single-language; Complete and Advanced are in Arabic and English.
Text, images, prices, offers, FAQs and contact details, from the control panel on a computer or a phone. Design changes or new features are agreed with us as separate work.
On Basic your site lives on an OLYX subdomain. On Complete and Advanced the independent domain is registered in your name and stays yours.
On Basic and Complete you provide them and we arrange them into the sections. On Advanced we prepare them for you.
It depends on the plan and how ready your content is; we set it with you in writing when we agree the scope.
The site is prepared for indexing: structured data for your business, a sitemap, and a title and description per page. Preparation does not guarantee a specific ranking; that depends on your content and business.
The content and images you provided are yours. The platform and its code remain with OLYX and are not transferred; cancellation and content hand-over details are set in the agreement.
